Freshly waxed skin can be a little more sensitive, so what you do afterward can make the difference between calm, pretty brows and unnecessary irritation. 😩

After your brow wax:

💖 Hands OFF! Try not to constantly touch or rub the freshly waxed area.

🫧 Keep it gentle. Avoid getting harsh cleansers, exfoliants, acids or other irritating skincare directly on the freshly waxed skin for the rest of the day.

💄 Give the makeup a break. Let that freshly waxed skin breathe before applying brow products or makeup directly over the area.

☀️ Protect those brows! Freshly waxed skin may be more sun-sensitive, so avoid unnecessary direct sun exposure and be mindful of your SPF once the skin has settled.

And one more from your esthie: PLEASE tell me about your skincare products before we wax! 👀 Retinoids, prescription acne treatments, recent peels and certain exfoliating products can affect whether waxing is appropriate for your skin that day.
