Our seafood is always fresher than anything any other market can provide because we pick our seafood up at the coast in our van from the docks where the local catches come to shore. We choose our products and pay for what we choose. This cuts out the wholesalers, thus allowing for much faster times for the fish to travel from the water to your table. Our shrimp is usually purchased from day boat shrimpers....meaning.... they go out in the morning and return at night. Day boat shrimp is much fresher than the freezer boats or ice boats that stay out 2-7 days.
