The main modalities that I practice are sports, deep tissue and myo-fascial release. My goal is to have you leave my office feeling like I made a positive change in your over all wellness. A few of the things that I treat are chronic muscle tension, tension head aches due to stress, and limited range of motion.

Hey everyone! I’m sorry there aren’t any openings on my schedule for a while. Im only opening my schedule up just four weeks at a time from now on. Too many people are booking spots 2 months out and canceling last minute.
At the last week of every month I’ll open up the next four weeks for the next month, this should cut down on last minute cancelations. I just wanted to let you all know and hope you are all doing well.
I just opened the last 3 weeks of July if anyone would like to book a session.
I had some last minute cancels tomorrow morning if anyone wants a session. 🙏🏼
