Located inside Sola, in Columbiana Station, NorthHouse Salon is a studio salon owned and operated by Laura Lane-Northcutt.
It’s been a long, two year process, but it’s finally happening. NorthHouse Salon has officially closed at the Bower Pkwy location, and will be reopening at Sola in Lex very soon. I will keep y’all posted on dates, but will be sometime between May 10 and May 14. Everyone who knows me, knows that I made the decision to move after our lives were forever changed, because it was the best thing for Stella. It just took me awhile to pull the trigger. Thanks to everyone for all the support and encouragement!!

Still working, still slingin’ hair, still taking pics. I will catch up with social media eventually. Plus I got shamed by two clients last week because my “social media game is weak“ now. 😂
Happy Birthday to this happy (and beautiful and suuuper sassy!!) girl! We love you so much! I could not do life without you! You are, legit, a life saver. Thanks for alllll that you do. It has been my pleasure to watch you grow from a 12 year old little girl to the woman that you are. It won’t be long before Stella is the same age you were when we became a family. Unbelievable.

She asked for a “cherry coke” color...well doesn’t have color names, we use a more accurate number system, so I had to figure it out. and I both were satisfied with this result! I love this color and now we just call it Cherry Coke 🍒.

Been doing A LOT of different kinds of blonde lately. I heart this one so much. (The lady and the hair!) She actually was only in for a new growth touch-up and we did a Blonda Pro Fix treatment that UNITE makes and like whoa, did it make her blonde pop again. Those Blonda treatments are where it’s at when a highlighted client comes in for a touch up. It repairs the hair, conditions the hair, and TONES the hair all at once, in 15 minutes. Not to sound dramatic, but it’s seriously one of the best things that ever happened to me. And I’m not even a blonde. lol. UNITE also makes a take home version of this treatment that my blondes are enjoying!

Showing up looking like we planned this with one of my most favorite ppl in the world. She is a friend and a client but most of all, she is like a mom to me and we showed up very close to a full mommy and me moment, even down to the haircut.

My one and only, FRFR, bombshell back in blonde bombshell mode...for now. I love this blonde on you as much as the other, to remain nameless, color. And naturally you “rock” it. Lol. So lame, I know.
