A Personal Note From Ookii

To my Raw Essence Family,

I wanted to personally reach out and share what's been happening behind the scenes.

Many of you have noticed that inventory has been limited lately, and some of your favorite products haven't been available. I know that can be frustrating, and I appreciate your patience more than you know.

Like many small businesses, Raw Essence has been impacted by the current economy and ongoing global supply chain issues. In fact, some of the raw materials that are essential to creating several of our products have been stuck on a cargo vessel in the middle of the ocean for a little over two months. While I wish there was something I could do to speed things up, these delays are completely outside of my control.

Because of these challenges, I have made the difficult decision to temporarily take down the website and focus on offering a limited selection of products at outdoor events while supplies last. I never want to promise products that I cannot confidently provide, and I believe being honest and transparent with you is the right thing to do.

If you've been with me for a while, you know Raw Essence has always been about more than soap. It's about community, self-care, and creating products with intention and integrity. Those values haven't changed.

This season is challenging, but it is temporary. I am hopeful that once materials begin arriving and supply chains improve, I will be able to restock, reopen the website, and continue growing the business that you've helped build.

Until then, I ask for your grace, patience, and continued support. Please stop by and see me at local events when you can. Every purchase, every share, every kind word, and every recommendation helps more than you realize.
