Happy Friday everyone! Unfortunately Schedulicity, the online booking site i have used for almost 12 years, has merged with Vagaro.com. Customer service assured me that all clients would be notified and sent a link to go to through email or they would be redirected when going to schedulicity to Vagaro. I have had about 50% of people that got contacted about the merge and other that said they had problems with the new app but just googled my name and it took them to the Vagaro site. I’m so sorry for the confusion. I really thought this would be smooth transition like they told me it would be. Just had a cancellation for this Saturday Jan 18th at 9 am. With my daughters volleyball season getting started my Saturdays that I am home are getting booked up fast! It looks as though I will be taking a little time off. I am scheduled to have surgery on August31. They are suggesting that I take two weeks off from work so I will be returning September 15th. I will be working some crazy hours the next week to get as many people in as I can before I go in. COVID-19 is still hurting the business even though it allowed me to open back up. I was closed for 6 weeks and then worked 12 hour day to get everyone in those first couple of week I reopened. Now I have a lot of holes in my schedule from clients that would have been getting touched up but everyone is off schedule now. Come fill my holes in please! I just don’t want everyone to need touch ups at the same time again and me not be able to get everyone in. I also will be out for vacation August 8-16. So hurry in now!
