Celebrated Wildflower Holistic’s 10 year anniversary last week with these lovely regulars who are such a joy to work with. A different combination of their friend group comes to the she shed to connect, unwind, ground, and find stillness with some breathwork, guided imagery, essential oils, soothing sounds, new Amazonian instruments, healing touch, and more. I love hosting these soulsters who have been friends for 30+ years

I was deeply honored to hold space for a client this week as she navigated the loss of her beloved grandmother, June. Our goal was to transform heavy grief into love-filled memories.

Here is how the session unfolded:

🕯️ The Altar: Centered around June’s own dinner name card, an Archangel Card of peace, and take home “ride the wave” affirmation card and flower bouquet.

🔥 The Burn Ritual: My client safely burned written scraps of a letter to her grandmother, symbolizing release and connection.

🥣 The Sonic Massage: A guided sound meditation using bowls and tuning forks placed on the body to release physical and emotional tension.

It is such an honor to guide this work, especially receiving feedback like this: ”I’ve been to several sound baths and this was by far the most transformative immersive one I’ve been to. You have a gift.”

Sweet trio came for a sound journey and healing touch honoring a friend’s birthday. One participant saw sound waves and flashes of pink with her eyes closed and another felt a huge release from her throat then fell asleep… all new experiences for them. The power of healing frequencies and creating restorative space for the body and spirit does wonders
