I’m excited to officially share my updated service menu and announce that I am now offering Myofascial Release Therapy!

After additional training and certification, I’ve fallen in love with this modality and the incredible results it can provide for chronic pain, tension, mobility restrictions, and overall body awareness.

I’ve also simplified my service menu into two categories:

- Relaxation
- Therapeutic

This allows each session to be tailored to what your body truly needs, whether that’s nervous system support, pain relief, improved mobility, or simply time to rest and recharge.
