💜 September is PCOS/PMOS Awareness Month 💜

PCOS, also known as PMOS, is something so many women live with, yet it is still often overlooked or misunderstood by doctors. It can affect our bodies and our minds in so many ways—irregular or missed periods, hair loss, difficulty losing weight, anxiety, depression, and so much more.

For me, PCOS has affected my life in many ways, and it still does. Dieting doesn’t always work the way people expect, and sometimes it feels like no one truly understands what we’re going through.

But if you’re dealing with PCOS, you are NOT alone. There are so many of us women fighting the same battles, even when others can’t see them. 💜

Let’s talk about it, support each other, and bring more awareness to something that deserves to be taken seriously. We are not alone. We are not making it up. And we deserve to be heard. 💜
