Moms. Moms of moms. This one can get tricky when it comes to getting in my chair...
It goes one of 2 ways.

Some Mammas "please don't fuss over me...it's not about me" --- "I really don't know if I'll have the time for makeup as I need to do x,y, and z times 3" --- "I've never had my makeup done by a professional."---

Other Mammas "I am SO excited for this!" "I trust you to do whatever, but make me look 10 years younger!!" "I've always wanted to try a smokey eye 😉!"

Whichever Mamma (or Grandma) is yours, my recommendation is to book their makeup anyway! Let me handle whatever emotions they bring to my chair! One thing age has taught me is that even when we begin to look older on the outside, the younger version of ourselves never leaves our inside...she is always in there and time in my chair is the best place to bring her back out!

So, if you are getting married, please be sure to schedule a makeup spot for Mom and her Mamma...the women who raised you and poured into you! Trust me, they will cherish your big day and every moment leading up to it just as you do!!
