One thing being a makeup artist has taught me about women…

Your press-ons aren't supposed to pop off before you leave the house. 😂💅🏾

Before we blame the nails, friend…let’s check that application. 👀

💅🏾 Prep: Push those cuticles back and lightly buff the natural nail.

🧼 Clean: Use your alcohol prep pad to remove oils—oil and nail glue are NOT friends.

💅🏾 Press: Apply firmly and hold each nail in place for about 20–30 seconds.

Mature/textured skin? I’m not trying to COVER everything. 💄

One thing I do differently is use less foundation and build only where it’s needed.

Too much product can settle into fine lines and texture—and baby, now the foundation is telling ALL your business. 😂

The goal isn’t to make your skin look 25 again.

The goal is for your skin to look like YOUR skin…just polished. 💕

You can have the BEST foundation in the world, but if your skin is dry and not properly moisturized, it can cling to dry patches and make your foundation look uneven or cakey.

**Prep lesson:** Moisturize before your makeup—and give it a few minutes to actually settle into your skin. 💦
