Hello!! 👋 We have been working hard on the remodel!!!

Remodel Updates:

Esthetician Emma, owner of Snow Kissed Skin suite- her suite is almost finished! Waiting on new door to be installed. We will share complete walk through video and pics once door is in! Sneak peak photo of her new vanity below!

New Flooring- we decided to replace the old laminate flooring in the hall, break room, new soon to be available suite, & new The Art of Lorel suite!! Action pics below! The new flooring turned out to be absolutely beautiful and we are in love with it! We started working on the flooring three weekends ago and found a water issue.

Water Issue- while laying the new flooring, we discovered a small water issue inside of the break room wall. We had no other option but to demo all sheet rock and insulation in the affected area and remediate the studs. Yesterday we reinstalled the new insulation and sheet rock. Praise Jesus it wasn't worse than what it was! Pics below.

Interior Doors- we went back and forth on whether or not to upgrade the interior doors x 7. It was decided to go ahead and replace them now while everything else is already going on! We decided on the two panel shaker style (pic below). Yesterday we demoed all of the old doors and door casing. Pics below.

Paint- we have been trying decide what color white (pic below of white color options) to paint the inside for about a month. Literally. After much consideration, praise Jesus we are confident in having made a selection!

This week the goal is to have the new sheet rock taped, mudded, & sanded. Ricky Winterbottom should start painting soon! Then comes the fun part. Finishes and decor!

Fun Side Note- as you can see in the pics below, our little buddy has been working hard! He saved up enough money to buy his first dirt bike and could not be more excited! Pic below. We are proud of him.
