This training was tailored specifically to her goals and combined Ombré Powder Brows + Brow Lamination & Tint, giving her the opportunity to strengthen both her permanent makeup technique and her brow service skill set.

Throughout training, we focused on the full client experience—from consultation and brow mapping to technique, product application, ex*****on, and confidently working on live models.

One of my favorite parts of training is watching everything start to connect in real time. There’s a difference between understanding a technique in theory and actually having to assess a client, make decisions, adjust when needed, and execute the service yourself. That hands-on experience is where so much of the confidence comes from.

Asya worked through both portions of training with intention, asked questions, stayed receptive to feedback, and continued applying what she learned as we moved through each step.

If you’ve been thinking about becoming a PMU artist or leveling up your current skills, this is your sign.

This isn’t a “watch and learn” class. It’s an intimate, hands-on training experience designed to help you develop your technique, build confidence and learn the business behind becoming a successful PMU artist.

During this 3-day training, you’ll learn:

• My signature ombré powder brow technique
• Brow mapping, color theory and pigment customization
• Live demonstrations and hands-on model work
• Client consultations and experience
• Pricing, branding, marketing and client acquisition
• Licensing, sanitation and infection-control guidance

Your training also includes:

• 8-week apprenticeship and ongoing mentorship

Each class is limited to only two students, allowing you to receive personalized guidance and support throughout your training.

This past weekend I had the opportunity to speak on a panel at the BTS Beauty Expo alongside some incredibly talented professionals here in Columbus. It was such an honor to share my journey, talk business, and pour into other beauty professionals who are building their own dreams.

Moments like these remind me that saying “yes” to opportunities outside of the treatment room is just as important as the work I do inside of it. I love creating beautiful brows, but I also love educating, inspiring, and helping others see what’s possible in this industry.
