A VERY good project panning day!

I officially finished my NPLB goal in the Lunar Beauty Advent palette, so she’s rolling out of 50 Shades of Blue! 👏🏻

I also used the gorgeous green shimmer from my Glamlite Rick & Morty palette, which means I have just ONE shade left to complete my NPLB in that palette too!

And I squeezed in another use of ColourPop Too Bee from this month’s Eyeshadow Roulette.
Lots of progress AND I ended up with this grungy green/gold look that I absolutely love. 💚

Tuesday MOTD ✨

I had two shades left in my Ensley Reign Nevermore palette to complete my NPLB for Deck of Panning, so obviously they needed to make an appearance today.

I knew those two gorgeous shimmers would pair perfectly with my Huda Beauty Naughty N**e palette, which I brought into my Shop My Stash to use throughout the entire fall season.

And THIS is exactly why I love mixing palettes. 😍 The rosy mauve tones from Naughty N**e gave me the perfect base, and those Nevermore shimmers just took it somewhere else. That bright champagne sparkle against the deeper berry outer corner is so pretty!

And the best part? NPLB COMPLETE! 👏🏻👏🏻 One more palette officially finished for Deck of Panning!

Sunday MOTD ☀️

FINALLY. A beautiful summer day! 82 degrees and you know I'm happy. 😂☀️

I was definitely feeling a warm, glowy makeup look today, so I pulled products from a couple of my projects and put them to work.

I used my Tarte Tartelette Toasted palette from Deck of Panning along with three of my current Eyeshadow Roulette shades — Sydney Grace Voila, Natasha Denona Kai and Devinah Ice Phantom.

And THIS is exactly the kind of warm makeup I want right now. Glowy, bronzy, soft... but still summer. Because despite the fact that my makeup brushes have apparently been trying to drag me into fall lately, I am not ready. 😂

Summer can stay as long as it wants. ☀️

Saturday MOTD 🌅✨ | Summer Sunset Collab

Apparently when my friend and I decided to do a "Summer Sunset" Collab, I didn't know how many palettes it was going to take me to get there. 🤣 This is a Collab with Ash Ash
Listen… when you have a vision, you have a vision.

I pulled from the Glamlite Cake palette, Glamlite Rick & Morty, ColourPop Neon Kiss, ColourPop Too Bee, plus Devinah Charmed and Devinah Starlit Snow.
Was all of that necessary?Probably not. 😂

For the exact sunset I had pictured in my head? ABSOLUTELY.

🌅 Golden yellow
🔥 Fiery orange
🩷 Hot pink
💜 Deep purple

This is why I love having a big makeup collection. Sometimes it's not about finding everything you need in one palette. It's about knowing your collection well enough to think, I know EXACTLY which shadow will give me that color.

And this came out exactly how I envisioned it. ❤️

🩵 August Update 🩵

I finished a few more blues in my little blue BYOP leaving only 5 shades left to complete 🎉

I rollout out the Too Faced Kissing Jelly and I know that the Suave shower gel, Dr Teals bath oil, Patchology Eye masks, ELF Triple Bounce, and the Tula Bedtime Bright will all be rolled out next month.

My liners are steadily being used and hope to have at least one more rolled out next month.

The Bath and Bodyworks sprays are very slow moving although I feel like they are better fall and winter scents than spring/summer scents. So we'll see.

Still making slow progress on my NPLB palettes but progress is progress, right?

Wednesday MOTD 🍂

Look... I KNOW it's still summer. And nobody is trying harder than I am to pretend fall isn't lurking around the corner. 😂☀️

But I was filming a fall-themed video today, so I had to get into the spirit.

I pulled out my Natasha Denona Golden palette and paired it with the Glam Eye & Face palette which I used on my eyes and also my face, and apparently my brushes were more ready for fall than I am. 😂 I ended up with this warm, bronzy, antique-gold eye and I LOVE how it turned out.

This is the problem. I don't want summer to end... but I really love fall makeup. 🤦🏻‍♀️🍁

So for now, we're just visiting fall. We are NOT committing. 😂

Monday MOTD 🖤✨

Someone needs to remind my makeup brushes that IT IS STILL SUMMER. 😂

I am absolutely a seasonal makeup wearer. I'm also a summer girl through and through, and I am NOT ready to start saying goodbye to summer yet.

And yet... explain why I keep ending up with these cool, smoky, slightly grungy looks that are giving me very definite fall energy. 🤦🏻‍♀️😂

Today I pulled out my beloved ColourPop Stone Cold Fox because we're still working on those pans! I used several of the shades I'm currently focusing on and then brought in two Devinah singles — Zombie and one of my all-time favorites, Mystic Moonpie. 😍

And THAT SHIMMER. 👀✨
Cool toned. Smoky. A little grungy. A little sparkly. Basically everything I love in an eye look.
Apparently my makeup is ready for fall even if the rest of me absolutely is not. 😂🍂
