occurs more then twice you will no longer be allowed to book with Sweetie & Co. Same day cancellations (which are considered 12 hours or less from the appointment time) will be charged 100% the cost of the service scheduled, no exceptions. Should this happen more than once, it will prohibit you from scheduling future appointments with Sweetie & Co. Hair Society.

​No Call / No Shows
If you do not show up on the scheduled date and time of your appointment, you will be charged 100% the cost of the service scheduled. No refunds will be given and no exceptions made. Credit Card Required
A credit card is required to be kept on file to schedule an appointment. We require 24 hours notice to CANCEL an appointment.In cases of same day cancellations (which are considered 12 hours or less from the appointment time)/rescheduling, Sweetie & Co. Hair Society reserves the right to and will charge the credit card on file.

IT IS OUR PRIORITY TO CONDUCT THOROUGH CONSULTATIONS FOR ALL SERVICES PROVIDED THROUGH THE SALON, HOWEVER IT IS EACH CLIENT'S PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY TO BE UPFRONT AND HONEST ABOUT THEIR HAIR HISTORY. ANY DAMAGE CAUSED TO THE HAIR AS A RESULT OF UNDIVULGED INFORMATION DURING THE CONSULTATION IS NOT THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE STYLIST OR SWEETIE & CO. HAIR SOCIETY.
