Please arrive with a fresh face, clean and free of any products, makeup, moisturizers, oils, etc. If you make an appointment and are unable to make it, please notify me asap BEFORE your scheduled appointment time. I understand that situations arise, but please respect my time as I will try to respect yours! **If you do not show for a scheduled appointment, and fail to contact me before the scheduled time, you will have an opportunity to rebook, with an additional inconvenience fee.**
It is extremely difficult to gauge times for services. EVERY person's lashes are different; I promise to keep you informed if my appointment times run over, and I will do my very best to schedule in a way that I don't have to do this often!
