Join us as we explore reconnecting with our body and mind through beginners yogic practices that allow us to remember our wholeness. This ongoing series will provide an opportunity to experience various breathing techniques, accessible poses, somatic work, mindfulness, meditation, and relaxation methods in the safety of communal space. By balancing intentional movement with purposeful stillness, we can bring awareness back into our body.
This ongoing series is donation based in order to remove financial barriers to this wonderful practice, and to begin addressing the gaps in wellness pursuits. The suggested donation is $120 for 8 classes ($15 per class). No one is turned away due to financial means; all donations are accepted. Class size is limited. Pre-registration is required.
Each class is designed to build upon the other. While you are not required to sign up for the entire series, it is highly recommended.
