We have had an all time record high of last minute cancellations in the salon. Usually we are lenient about our policies in fear of losing guests or because we feel guilty about charging cancellation fees. However, we have had so many last minute cancellations lately that our team is struggling to fill the open spots, and we want to see our stylists not only survive, but thrive. Our cancellation policy is in place to protect our stylists and their livelihood. We will be strictly enforcing our cancellation policy moving forward. We will be closed from 10/7-10/9 for a group outing/recharge! We have a couple of stylists who were unable to join us and they will be working on their regularly scheduled clients on Monday. The rest of us will be back to our regularly scheduled clients on 10/10!

We have several new faces around the salon, and even though she has been with us for months now, has been an amazing addition to our team. She is personable, friendly, and does amazing work! She is always down to talk about animals, gaming, and how to keep your hair gorgeous and healthy. She is a color and extensions specialist and is currently taking new color and extension clients.
