A recent study at the Wyss Institute found that muscles exposed to repeated compression rapidly cleared immune cells called neutrophils out of severely injured muscle tissue, causing them to heal faster and stronger.

This is no surprise for massage therapists and enthusiasts, but we love to see it, anyway!
