Have you done a DNA test and realized it wasn't what you expected? I've had so many people tell me that they ordered a test and one of three things happened:
1. They got really overwhelmed by the information and put it aside.
2. The report had lots of red and yellow indicators that scared them so they decided it was too much to process.
3. They had a practitioner tell them that a gene (or two) meant they would have a greater risk of (fill in the disease) and sent them on their way.
In all cases, their DNA data is sitting on their computer, doing nothing for them.
I'm here to tell you that if you are one of those people, I totally understand AND I want you to know there IS a better way!
Doing a DNA test and expecting a standardized report will be sufficient to help you improve and protect your health is a misrepresentation that the testing companies HOPE will be true, but they know it's extremely unlikely.
DNA data, like our bodies, is complex - but that just means there is a HUGE opportunity to learn from it! When we have guidance and can really personalize our approach based on all that we learn from our DNA, it can take our health to a whole new level.
Please don't discredit the potential that your DNA offers simply because a testing company didn't tell you that you would need some help figuring it out.

I see so many people start at Phase 1, but if your 'Exit Strategy' isn’t ready, you’re just recirculating those toxins. It’s why you might feel worse before you feel better.
Think of it this way:

Most detoxes fail because they start in the wrong place.
Imagine trying to clean out your garage by throwing everything into the driveway before you’ve even opened the garage door. You’re just creating a bigger mess and a lot of frustration.
When it comes to getting rid of toxins from the body, there are three phases of detox. Phase 1 and 2 break down toxins, and Phase 3 is the "exit" - the actual elimination from your body.
If you rev up Phases 1, but Phase 2 and 3 aren't efficient, the toxins can make you feel worse than when you started. This ill effect or "re-circulation" is why generic cleanses often lead to headaches and fatigue.
