Tyler & I have recently decided to sell our beautiful home in Colville to be together as a family full time. The girls and I will be moving with Tyler for the next several years while he finishes his apprenticeship! With this, I will be stepping away from both real estate and my esthetics business to be a full time mommy and wifey🩷 We are extremely excited and grateful for this new adventure as a family! Here’s to the future! 🥂

After Care is SO important. Lots of time we forget to care for our lashes!

-A cleanser like an anti-bacterial bar of unscented Dove soap works the best. Use once a week. Lather the bar of soap in your hand and gently wash your lashes starting at the top of your brow bone applying downwards towards your lashes. Rinse well with water.

-NO mascara or eyeline is a very important rule to follow! The oils in these two specific make-ups, eat away your glue and cause premature lash loss.

-The more you rub and touch the more lashes you will lose! As a general rule, no touching your lashes! Let them be pretty by themselves!

-Brushing your lashes once a day not only helps them look perfectly inline but also helps your retention! If you need another lash brush let me know! I have all sorts of fun colors for you to pick from!

-The dreaded NO OIL rule is the biggest and most important. Oils in products such as make-ups, lotions and sprays contain oils which eat away your glue. This 100% will cause your lashes to fall out! Remember as we get into summer and warmer weather, sunscreen is a must but be sure to cover your lashes when applying sunscreen to your face!

-Steam and excessive heat can also have an effect on retention. Sitting often or in excessive amounts of time in a sauna or hot tub can cause the glue to break down resulting in lash loss.

Spring Shedding is upon us!
What this means:
This is a completely normal process that our bodies naturally do each time the climate changes! Much like our animals we lose our hair for 4-6 weeks every spring and fall. Sometimes we notice it more or less than usual! When we are in a shedding season, we want to be sure we remember our lash care and instructions and have some patience with our lashes as they grow through their shed. This means no picking, plucking, extra make up or oils! Unfortunately, it is not an avoidable process. I do have a few simple fixes for you however! We can switch the style of your lashes helping them seem fuller and bolder OR we can decrease the time between fills to ensure your lashes stay looking perfect! Again, this is all normal and temporary! IF you notice your lashes to be less full than usual, please feel free to reach out and we can set you up on a temporary fix! Hey yall! Kennedy here! I’ve been SERIOUSLY neglecting my lash page the last couple of years. So let’s start over!

I was born and raised here in beautiful Colville, Washington! Right after high school I started my esthetics journey at Glen Dow in downtown Spokane! Soon after graduating I moved home and opened my business along side my grandma. Not long after that, my journey took me to Denver, CO with my future husband, Tyler. Realizing I really was a small town girl, quickly I moved back home to open “The Beauty Shop” with a life long best friend, Baylee Burton. We enjoyed this business over the next four years together, even moving to two different locations! After a lot of thinking, we decided to move our business one final time into our homes!

In October 2020 I got engaged to my awesome husband. We were then married June 12, 2021 and soon after welcomed our first, sweet baby girl, Sophie June, in December! Being a mom is the single most important and best thing in my life. Our second baby girl, Lucy May, will be here July 2024! I am lucky enough to get my kids in the shop with me, so that means you will get to meet and love my littles just like they’re yours! I also have one doggo, Cooper, he’s the shop gaurd dog or so he thinks!

I enjoy warm weather things. Hunting, camping, hiking and drinking good wine to name a few! Family is huge. We spend almost all our time off doing something fun with our family’s. A fun fact about me is I have a HUGE faith in the lord. He gets me through the good, the bad and everything inbetween. I’m always open to talking about god with you!

I strive for perfection! Whether it be in my professional or personal life! I love to educate myself on what’s new in the industry. I whole heartedly believe I offer the best products, services and customer service in Colville. You can always count on me.
