A reminder to all clients:

My cancellation and no-show policy is not optional. I require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as no-shows, will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.

I understand that things come up, and I truly sympathize when they do. However, this is my business and my livelihood. The time you reserve is time I have set aside specifically for you, and last-minute cancellations rarely leave enough time for me to fill that appointment.
I have these policies to protect my business, my income, and the time I dedicate to each client. I hold every appointment for you, and I ask that the same respect be given to my schedule.

Thank you to everyone who honors my policies and understands that supporting a small business means respecting the time that has been reserved for you.
