Zenmoda Salon

Ann Arbor Hair Studio is a charming salon located in beautiful downtown Ann Arbor, with convenient structured parking right across the street. It was started by Dawn Nelson with the idea of personalized service and relaxation. As of May 2015 it will be run by Theresia Carapia. Theresia has been around the hair business her whole life, and earned her cosmetology license in 1997. She worked in and around the Northville area until 2003, when she took a position at Charisma Salon and Day Spa, a premiere salon in Livonia, Mi. She worked there from 2003 until April of 2015. At Charisma she had the opportunity to study and learn directly under Richard Aztalos and his son, Rick Aztalos. She is versed in many services, specializing in the latest hair coloring techniques and hair cutting design. While there she also had the opportunity to learn from some of the top stylists at Wella Int. including Kyle Aguon and Galini Hristov. Theresia hopes to bring this knowledge with her, and provide a relaxing and rejuvenating experience at Ann Arbor Hair Studio.
