It's peach shake season at Chick-fil-A for all those who celebrate.

I love anything peach.

Sitting at a desk consistently can cause stress to your body.

Ideally, you should come in for a massage every two weeks to mitigate the effects of all that sitting.

For me, the best time of the day is the evening.

Usually I can sit down and relax, enjoy the sunset and prepare for the next day.
