🙃 You’ve survived pandemics, riots, breakups, retrogrades, the rise of the Karens, raging fires, witnessed an insurrection, witnessed how horrific this country was, and continues to be to its Indigenous peoples...it’s A L O T. Especially for us empaths. The only thing that has gotten me through it, is taking a step back, and looking at all the things that are going right in my life.

Your mental state, and general outlook on life has a lot to do with what you attract into your life.
