Learning and understanding "mature" hair, like everything else in this stage of life, takes patience and experimenting.
It's been just over two years of growing out, no more bleaching and concentrated diet, exercise, water, biotin, regular scalp massage and organic, intense hair hydration products.
I strongly recommend to stay away from expensive hair "growing" supplements. They make a varied difference while taking them. If you stop, the hair health drops substancially.
