Breakfast of choice today... fresh pomegranate 😍. Get them while they are in season. I didn’t use the salt, it was on the counter and made me think of my Dad. He always salted his pomegranate (actually most everything!)

As much as we love to love and take care of others, our self love moves us to take care of ourselves. Feed ourselves well, both spiritually and physically. Then we will be able to hopefully love and take care of others for longer an more fully.

This seems appropriate for this evening and the cooler air that we are enjoying. I have been fighting the desire to say “Happy Fall Y’all “ as I realize my “Southerness” is hanging out. I will tuck it back in , and wish everyone a splendid Fall. We hope you have many opportunities to get outside, enjoy this magnificent earth we have been give to take care of and enjoy to the full. Hug the ones you love as often as possible, look them in the eye and tell them how much you love them. Please be the person that is kind to all and in search of the good qualities in others that you can imitate, rather than their bad qualities that you can use to rip them apart.
