I am so disappointed in Free Salon Education. I have reached out via email (used both that I could find for them), used the contact form on their website and DM'ed on Instagram. I have received no response after a month! I absolutely loved this razor and it's the main one I used in my salon.

I'm not one to bash other companies but this is rude. I'm simply asking for any help you can provide with this issue. Not at all what I expected for customer service.

Thankfully one of my friend's husbands is nice enough to help fix it for me but one would hope that the company themselves would want to make it right.
Maybe it's because I won it through their podcast and didn't pay for it out of my own money. 🤷‍♀️

Sad. I've followed Matt Beck since I started my career 10 years ago. Hope there is a logical explanation for the delay.
