Did you know that massage is most likely covered by your HSA or FSA! Check with your employer or with the HSA or FSA provider to see what is covered for massage. In most cases you can prepay for massages so you don’t lose that money at the end of the year.

My existing clients who are on the schedule can buy massages in bulk to use the remaining money. Check your massage therapist and see what they offer.

The holidays can be tough for some for so many different reasons. Be kind, give grace and take care of yourself!!
