HUNNNAAAYY! Some days I want the world to see my work, others I want it to stay a hidden gem only few get to experience lol.

As an introvert (surprise surprise) it’s exhausting to people in real life, THEN people online with catchy posts and captions in hopes to be engaging. Kudos to you lovely octopus people who can juggle showing up in real life & on Beyoncé’s internet👏🏾.

Lemme tell you something, I ain’t got it shawty and I don’t want to have it!😮‍💨😭. I have so much content that I haven’t posted, and to be honest, I might not ever post it. Yes I know we have AI, advertisements, services, etc. to offset manual online presence but it still requires a level of brain juice I’m just not willing to give 🤷🏾‍♀️

I look at myself as an old school stylist — everything booms for me because of my hair artistry, word of mouth, pushing cards/flyers, my aesthetic, and the Almighty Universe.

Being true to yourself and intentional in your craft is what makes things pop. Not the “perfect picture/video/caption” or doing things that don’t feel authentic.

Too many times we see things that work for others and try to emulate them to no avail. Next thing you know you feel inadequate because you didn’t get the same results. And let’s not get into the false sense of security people get when they see someone has 193k followers only to find they don’t know wtf they’re doing…. I digress!
