Answering a question
There are a few times when a massage is not advised. Some others I couldn’t fit in the video: if you’ve been drinking or on blood thinners. Massage is a medical practice and we want to keep you safe

Jaw work is not fun
The jaw musckes ate hardworking muscles and will always be tight. And the nerve endings fir the face are closer to your brain, so the pain sensations travel faster, so it will be painful. Hope you have fun, but it’s gonna be rough.
