Hi everyone! As many of you know, I welcomed my sweet baby almost two months ago. After much thought and preparation for my return, I’ve decided that the best choice for my family right now is for me to step into the role of full-time mommy. 💙

With that, starting June 1, 2025, Yasiwax will be closed until further notice so I can focus on caring for my little Anthony.

I’m incredibly grateful for each and every one of you—whether you’ve followed, booked, left a kind review, or simply supported me along the way. Your love means the world to me.

Only about 3 weeks or less until baby boy is here🥰!

My last day of work will be next Saturday, March 22nd🥲. The time has come entirely too quick, but I am more than ready to meet my son! I do plan to return the first week of June, but if I am able to return in May, I will! I hope to be able to take some of you little by little in May to ease back into working again, but no promises!

I hope you’re all able to find someone in the meantime while I’m on leave, I can’t wait to get back to you all again🥰!

How to Prepare for a brazilian wax, Yasiwax body waxing guide 🍀!

Shower before arriving to your scheduled appointment time
- arrive clean & smelling nice. Your esthetician will appreciate it greatly☺️!

Don’t exfoliate the day of, waxing is a form of exfoliation!
- waxing is a form of exfoliation in itself, its best to not over exfoliate or double exfoliate to avoid irritation!

Avoid caffeine, alcohol, and other stimulants before our appointment!
- its best to avoid stimulants like caffeine and alcohol, these stimulants can cause you to feel more “ pain “ and become more sensitive during a wax session.

Use the sanitary wipe provided before laying down!
- to ensure any residue and f***l matter from using the restroom is gone, wipe down with a sanitary wipe provided to you before the service begin!

Have at least 4-6 weeks of hair growth, nothing less.
- it’s important to come between 4-6 weeks of a wax. If you come sooner than 4 weeks, we might not be able to get every hair and a smooth wax, your hair is still in the growing cycle and is not yet ready to be removed. If you wait too long, the root of the hair grows wider, & deeper, this can cause a more painful experience.

Arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled time, sometimes your esthetician can take you in early.
- arrive 5 minutes early, this will avoid showing up late to your appointment, at times your esthetician is available to take your early as well!

Hiiii everybody, it has been wayyy too long since I have posted my work on here. Let’s just blame it on the pregnancy lol! I am officially in the last 2 weeks of work, my last day will be next Saturday, March 22nd. I am so sad to leave you all, but so excited to bring my baby boy into the world. I can’t wait to share photos with you all once he makes his arrival! I do plan to be back to work, the latest, the first week of June. But if everything works out how I hope it will, and recovery goes as expected, I do plan on taking clients little by little in the month of May to ease back into full time waxing as a first time mom🥰! I will keep you all updated on my stories of course! Hopefully as I get back into work, I can get back into posting content again for you all☺️! Valentine’s Day is only 5 weeks away💞

If you’re currently shaving, please allow at least 4 weeks of growth before a wax appointment. Anything less, you’ll receive less than optimal results as the hair will be too short for the wax to adhere to.

It’s best to get waxed every 4-6 weeks. If you’re due for a wax, it’s best to book your appointment for this week or next, that’ll align you perfectly for Valentine’s Day!

Please keep in mind, I will be closed Valentine’s Day and the day after for my baby shower and preparations🥳💞
