I am a LMT as well as a LNA and phlebotomist. I have been in health and nutrition field for 22 years! Doula services and CBE service offered!
I offer a variety of massages such as Swedish which is a gentle massage that uses long strokes,kneeding,and deep circular movements to help relax. I also offer deep tissue massages that use more slower and forceful strokes to target deep layers of muscle and connective tissue, and you can add to your Swedish massage trigger point therapy that focuses on trigger points or very sensitive areas of tight muscles after injuries or from being over worked. I also offer Doula serves and provide you with answers to any question you may have .Offering Doula Services and Workshops for Labor and Delivery !
