We are so happy to be
Moving forward!

We ask that anyone who is not fully vaccinated, please wear a mask, and we will too.

If you are still concerned or protecting vulnerable loved ones, or are just more comfortable with a mask, we will wear one too.
Please just come in wearing a mask and we will take notice.

If we are all comfortable without masks, we will now be mask free.

We are still practicing social distancing in our space, and we have great weather to keep the door open as well.

We will still have disposable masks available as needed.

At our salon, our top priority is community health and safety.

We will continue to require masks to be worn at all times inside our salon.
We have continued our cautious practices to help protect our vulnerable loved ones and friends.

This has definitely been a challenging year, and a long haul for most of us. We are encouraged with the availability of the vaccine, and hopeful that someday soon we will all be able to get back to all the "normal" way of things.

We are so thankful for our understanding and supportive clients, and happy to be working, sharing and laughing again.

We as a team have had many discussions, been reviewing multiple guidelines, and with the inability to obtain certain products have decided to postpone opening a bit.

This has been a very difficult process, and has definitely put us in a tough position.
We will be contacting clients this weekend to begin fitting everyone in.

We also have some restrictions as to what services we can offer, and time limits to get them done within.
Please understand, this is what happens when opening in phase 1.

We have all been educated on sanitation procedures, and have been practicing them for many years, and take great pride in our cleanliness. We have also taken a certification course through our main disinfectant company to ensure proper process.

We have procedures and guidelines to follow, we ask for you understanding and support. This is new to all of us, and we are unsure how long these will be in place.

The limitations:

•No cloth masks, masks available for a charge
•No magazines, or books, computers
(Cell phones ok)
•No purses, no bags, no jackets/coats
•No minors at this time
•No walk-ins
•No new clients
•No public bathroom
•We are not permitted to stay with you during a processing service
•Services are limited to 1 hour total

For appointment:

•Please arrive early
•Please wait in car until contacted by stylist
•door will be locked, please do not touch doorknob
•you will be provided a mask for a fee, unless you have a surgical or n95 mask of your own
•you will be asked a series of questions, please be honest. If you have any symptoms, you will not be permitted.
•once inside please sanitize hands
•head directly to your stylists station, please do not leave from that point on.
•once at station you will be asked to sign a liability release stating the salon is not responible the event you contact COVID-19 while visiting.
•pre payment will be handled at this time, please have check already made out, no change given for cash transaction, credit card will be sanitized.
•rescheduling will be done via text or phone call after appointment when stylist has time/availability.

This is a lot, for us and we hope for understanding and patience.

As stylists we are caring, giving people, and only want what's best for our families, and community.
We miss our work, our clients and know the new norm will be weird and different, but our love for the profession and ability to have fun will not be lost.

Salons in NH have just been approved to open on May 11th.

We are currently reviewing the new mandates and contemplating the risks that effect our families and the community.

At this time, we are unable to get masks, gloves, sanitizer and some products.

We will be in touch with you to work on scheduling. Please be patient as it is a long list to get through.

Thank you for your understanding, we miss everyone so much, and don't take any of this responsibility lightly.

We miss everyone, and miss work. This has been a tough month + for everyone, and hoping we can get back to it soon, safely.
Once we have a back to work date, we will post our new guidelines and safety measures.
We will also be in touch to either confirm or reschedule appointments.

In the mean time, we thought we would let you know what we have been up to...

Heather has been playing some backyard lacrosse and basketball with Heath (shes even won a few games) and her kitty Niles is getting big and playing with her pup sister Stella.

Bianca has been doing some continuing education, helping teach her 3rd grader Dakota, and loving the quality time.

Sybil has been visiting her horse 2 days a week, running everyday, doing virtual races. Roscoe even participated! (Well he wore a medal)Some small house projects. Biking has become a new/old hobby again with the whole family.

Happy to report we are all healthy, and hoping you all are as well.

In light of the new closures Studio RLH will now be closed until May 5th.
We realize this is an inconvenience for everyone, but at least we are all in the same boat (well 6 feet apart).
We will be contacting all clients in this coming week to reschedule.
Please be patient, as it may take some time to get in touch, but we promise we will.
State law prohibits us from selling hair color, and performing any services outside of the salon. We still have some products for sale, but it is limited as our distributors are closed.
Contact anyone of us, and we can help.
We can be reached on our personal cell phones, and we are checking messages at salon.
We know there is gonna be some bad hair out there, and can't wait to get back to making everyone feel beautiful.
We already miss everyone, and are sending thoughts of good health, safety and love, especially to our friends still working in this pandemic.

It is with a heavy heart we have decided to close Studio RLH until April 6th, due to COVID-19.

This has not been an easy decision, as we do not have sick pay or paid vacations. But the health of our community and families is a top priority.

The easiest way to reach us is through our personal cell phones. We will also be checking messages at the salon periodically.

If you have an appointment scheduled during our closed time, and haven't heard from us, you will. It's a long list. We just haven't reached you yet, and will be in touch soon.

Thank you for understanding. We have the best clients, and can't wait to get back to doing what we love.

With the ever changing climate we have right now, we feel its important to let our clients know, we put your safety as a top priority.
In our profession we are in close contact with the public, and take that responsibility seriously.
We ask that our clients in the event they are not feeling well, that they let us know asap, and reschedule. Then we can be sure not to affect others.
We are a small business, we don't have sick days, vacation days, and still have overhead to cover.
As a stylist, we see people at all ages and stages of life, and typically hair must go on! We do pride ourselves with being available during storms, power outages, floods, typical illness, hunger and tiredness. But this one is serious.
We will absolutely remain open, and working, just think twice before bringing in your cooties. We will definitely do the same.
