I found a way to put her to sleep. I used a warm towel, put 3- 4 drops of eucalyptus essential oil on it, and wrapped it around her face. Massaged pressure points. When I took the towel off the first time, she asked for me to put it back on. She was out in about 10 mins. No more coughing either. This is a great way to treat sinusitis and is also relaxing. We also offer this as an add on at Spa Botanica located inside Embassy Suites Charlotte Concord/ Golf Resort and Spa.

Foot reading preview. Disclosure: I am not a Dr. and it is not in my scope of practice to diagnose. Always check with your Dr. for any health concerns. Yesterday, my neck had a sharp pain. I used Tiger balm and worked out the knot. Later that night, I noticed that there was a crack in my 5th toe, which is horizontal zone 5 and vertical zone 5 aka my right pinky toe. This indicates or confirms what I know. Physically, this reflex area reflects the pain and fatigue in my neck. Internally, this reflex area represents a sense of security and moving forward. Any lines or dry and cracked skin in this reflex area represents the exhaustion of the head and neck. The right foot also represents past issues that are unresolved. According to Belyea, It can also indicate exhaustion of one's capacity to vocalize what is on their mind(2017). Foot reading can be complex, but very helpful to determine what symptoms or issues that may be present.

Massage therapist also need to practice self- care. The salt booth is a good treatment for those with respiratory issues.
