After years of running trails around the world as a professional ultrarunner, and the huge blessing of working/learning with some of the best massage therapist throughout the world, I’m excited to share that I’ve renewed my massage license (LMT-16483) and am launching my mobile massage practice.

Running taught me a lot about the body; how it moves, where it holds tension, and what it takes to truly recover. After thousands of miles on the trails and years studying anatomy, movement, and recovery, massage therapy became a natural extension of that journey.

My work blends deep tissue, sports massage, myofascial release, neuromuscular and trigger point therapy, and an intuitive sense for what the body needs. My goal is to help you release tension, recover from physical stress, and move through life feeling more balanced and connected.

I especially enjoy working with athletes, active people, and anyone dealing with chronic tension or stress.
