You have 24 hours to cancel your appointment in order for you to get your refund back. Last minute appointments/cancellation will NOT receive a refund. NO SHOWS- you are consider a no show after 15 minutes and no arrangements were made prior to your appointment. Any no shows and last minute cancellations will have to pay in full when trying to schedule again.
