How do you recharge yourself?

I’m learning that mine looks a lot quieter than I thought it would.

Resting. Staying home. Taking care of my skin. Enjoying the flowers people have brought me. Letting my body recover without feeling like I constantly need to be doing something.

Apparently recharging doesn’t always mean doing something fun or productive.

Sometimes it’s just… being still for a minute. 💜

Sometimes I don’t even have to say anything. 😂

A little studio update 🤍
