WHO I AM.

I’m Amy. And I’m a woman who knows how to reinvent herself, build something from the ground up, and get damn good at whatever she puts her mind to.

I’m originally from the Rivervalley+ Northwest Arkansas, and I’ve spent many years in the beauty industry—earning certifications, completing advanced trainings, continuing my education, and constantly refining my craft. Beauty isn’t just something I do. It’s something I understand.

I’ve also spent years building businesses outside of the salon. I owned and managed a real estate company and law firm, created and operated a real estate academy, built teams, mentored agents, and developed businesses from the ground up.

Along the way, I’ve been fortunate enough to receive numerous sales and industry awards—including Realtor of the Year, Rookie of the Year, and recognition as a multimillion-dollar producer.

I’ve led teams.
I’ve built companies.
I’ve mentored people.
I’ve started over.
I’ve reinvented myself.
And every chapter has made me better at the next one.

Today, I’m proud to serve on the board of the Women’s Leadership Network because I genuinely believe:
