I’ve recently completed another advanced DeepFeet training and added some new techniques to my barefoot bodywork practice.

June is Acne Awareness Month, and I wanted to share something deeply personal with you. 💚

The photo on the left is me during one of the hardest seasons of my skin journey. I struggled with acne from my teenage years, but when I was pregnant with my daughter, it became completely uncontrollable. No matter what products I used, treatments I tried, or money I spent, nothing seemed to create lasting change.

As I entered my career as an Esthetician, I felt defeated. How could I help others with their skin concerns when I couldn’t even help myself?

Over the years, I tried countless skincare lines, chemical peels, lasers, and even considered Accutane out of pure desperation. I kept searching for something that was both results-driven and truly focused on skin health—not just symptom suppression.
