has made impressive improvements in the weight room over the past 6 months. Consistent hard work pays off- as well as the willingness to step outside of your comfort zone to challenge yourself, raise the bar of your own expectations and resolve to clear it. Kiara always chooses the hardest version of movements that she can complete- and because of that- she can now bust out pull-ups with a lesser resistance than she ever could even complete ONE before.
