I forgot my shovel today to clear the steps! So I had to use what we had in the salon! The hammer & broom worked great!

Let’s talk about it the myth that dirty hair colors best…..

Root cover up spray is a great tool between coloring services especially if you have gray! Root cover up spray is NOT great when you come to get your hair colored! Root cover up spray and dry shampoo can make it difficult for the color to reach the cuticle and make sure it’s completely saturated correctly. It’s a myth coloring your hair when it’s dirty is better.

While I do not mind you coming in with dirty hair you are taking a risk of your color fading quicker and not getting great coverage.

Therefore for your best color results for you color it’s best to come in with clean hair. ☺️

We have made calls to get a quote to get the parking lot cleared. I am sure everyone is busy cleaning parking lots! So if you know someone who can do this please tag them! We would love to get back to work. As of now if you don’t have 4 wheel drive or all wheel drive I don’t think you can make it into the parking lot. The snow from the street got plowed into the entrance of the parking lot. It’s also clearly not save for clients to walk on!

The salon will be closed again tomorrow. My husband & I checked the parking lot today. He was able to clear the steps & back ramp. The parking lot is still a sheet of ice. We look forward to seeing you guys real soon! ❄️🥶
