Practice makes progress! Our CoBE Associates have been putting in the work all week as they gear up for their semester project completion and final presentations. This week’s practice showed just how far our associates have come. Each group continues to grow, push boundaries, and refine their work. Proud is an understatement. Almost there!

CoBE isn’t just local, we’re global! From last years trip to Peru to upcoming consulting work in Sri Lanka this spring, our Associates are expanding their horizons and learning how to solve business challenges worldwide. CoBE is proud to foster a global mindset in the next generation of leaders!

Congratulations to the CoBE Institute Class of 2025! From their first day as associates to their final presentations, this year’s graduates made their mark on CoBE. Whether they were with us for one year or nearly four, each brought dedication, creativity, and professionalism to the table.
