This beautiful young lady first came to Jo-la-ru and was in tears. She had gone into another salon with her natural hair color and just wanted to have some blonde highlights to blend her grey hair. She had walked out almost fully blonde. She had cried on the way home, and her son convinced her to come see us. I had just happened to have enough time to tone her down, and she walked out feeling herself again. Well, as we all know, toner doesn't last forever. So, this past Thursday, I had the pleasure of making it right. She came in, and we used the 10 minute color 7n since I had already toned her no need to fill. I used her past highlights to get dimension, and then I went in and gave her a pop of color with Blondelife 9+ and 20 vol from previous damage. We worked low and slow. No toning is needed. She left feeling amazing and booked her next appt.
