We specialize in choice cut meats, market made sausages, and jumbo deli sandwiches. Our Jumbo Bar-B-Q sandwich is a local favorite, as well as our hickory smoked Cheeseburgers, along with Hickory Smoked Ham and Turkey Sandwiches. Our shop will be open until the end of February. We will be working this month by appointment only so call first and we will set a time that works for both of us.
We will be open Wednesday November 26th for pick-up only. We are currently at capacity and will not be accepting deer or hogs until Monday. Please keep your deer iced and drained until then. Stay safe and have a great Thanksgiving!

Dr. Tim Fidler and his wife harvested this big moose is Alaska and brought it it in for processing yesterday. He is a good friend and long time customer of ours. His wife might be a better shot than he is according to him. She took a huge Bison with her bow that we processed a couple years ago. They bring us deer, elk, antalope, moose, bison, gator and whatever else they decide to harvest. Congratulations to a wonderful couple that love the outdoors.
