With a background in holistic wellness, herbalism, and mind-body healing, she brings a thoughtful and compassionate approach to helping clients create meaningful change from the inside out. After completing an 18-month certification through the Hypnosis Motivation Institute, she now offers hypnotherapy sessions focused on:

• Behavioral transformation
• Personal growth

Her passion is helping people work with the subconscious mind to create healthier patterns, greater balance, and lasting change.

Valentine’s spots available this Saturday! Practice self-love this weekend.
