✨For those of you that don’t know my salon name holds so much meaning behind it.. From the beginning of this opportunity I knew I wanted my angel Nana Shirley’s name to be apart of my business.. Not only did I follow in my Nana’s footsteps as a hair stylist, I also followed in my Grandaddy Harry, Daddy & Stepdad’s in building something of MY OWN 💁🏼‍♀️ I’m proud to share with all of my friends, family & clients the significance of why finally having my sign is such a big deal 🥰

➖Shirley- is in my Nana’s Signature found in my Grandaddy’s bible.
➖Gene’s- my Grandaddy Harry Gene Cribb signed for me. Fun fact- Nana Shirley’s middle name was Jean; my great grandma’s name as well. So including Grandaddy I chose Gene’s.
➖Salon- my Daddy signed because he footed majority of the bill that it took to make my dreams come true. I’ll never forget him telling me when I sat him down telling him my plans- “Babygirl this is your time, you’re in your 30s this is your time to work hard and make it happen for yourself & Remi; like I’ve done for yall.”
💞 My stepdad & builder Chad worked hard in placing my sign in the perfect spot! & not to mention they are at my beckon call every day!

I’m forever thankful, grateful & beyond blessed to be able to work everyday in a place that feels like home. I halfway grew up on this land with my Mama & Stepdad Kenny, and my other angel Grammy (she was a hair stylist back in the day as well). My child, my clients, AND their children are safe & happy while at the salon & get to freely be themselves playing or riding while I work. When people say “just living the dream” now I can honestly say I really am! Thank you again to every single person that’s put their hand into helping me build my dreams. There’s always more work to do.. but having my sign just makes things feel so real & I couldn’t be more thankful!! 🥹

If you will say a prayer for my Supergirl 🙏🏻 She just went back for some good sleep to have another MRI to look closer at the last findings. I can’t wait to have her back in my arms & food in our bellies! I don’t eat or drink when she can’t & I can smell the coffee just begging for me 😅 Mommy is so proud of you Remi Annabella & can’t wait to find some fun at our home away from home!

🙏🏻 Please keep our girl in your prayers! We’ve been admitted; praying for answers and to get her back walking soon! It’s been a long 3 weeks.. but look who got his own X-rays yesterday!🐢 Remi & Turtle have been through everything together and for them to include him in this mess meant the world to her 💞 please understand I’m overwhelmed in messages, this update has took me since yesterday. We feel your love & appreciate the continued prayers!!
