Not only is October breast cancer awareness month but it is also domestic violence awareness month. Not everyone talks about the experiences or how hard it was to get out of the situation. But for all the survivors who were able to get out of the situation and are still recovering from the trauma we do survive and we do get better. I am so proud of each and every one of you for your continued fight to find your new normal.

I think when you get married sometimes you tend to lose parts of who you are without realizing it. Everyday becomes such a routine that you lose those bits of pieces that make you fun and out going and different from the rest until you just feel blah blah. you have to realize that just because you are married or in a relationship you don’t have to stop everything you were doing or wearing prior to that made you exceptional to you. Your person fell in love with you because of who you were not an idea of who you should be or who you are going to be. So if you are that person get up and remember who you were, who you are, and who you want to be. Find yourself and your person again. Only then will you be truly happy.
