Life is too short 😢 Years ago we were all like family. 🥰 Everyone looked out for each other. 💯 We ate together and drank together and were worried about each other. 🙏🏼 We need to get back to this. 💙 We need to take care of each other instead of breaking each other down. 🤎 I'm going to make a bet, that out of my "family" and "friends" less than 7 will take the time to copy and post this. 🤷🏼‍♀️Who are my SEVEN?!? ❤️

Please donate your unwanted clothes to nursing homes before you donate to Goodwill. Some folks don't have family members who provide clothing, and they don't have the money or physical abilities to buy their own clothing. It's so sad helping dress people in the same 3 outfits with rips, holes, and missing buttons. Don't take them too Goodwill, send them to someone who could use them and not have to wear the same things repeatedly until they are worn. COPY AND PASTE. KEEP IT GOING❣️🤲🏻

Went to a fun expo today. Met some really good ladies.

My therapist once told me I had moral perfectionism' because l panic when I think ive done anything remotely wrong and experience intense guilt and obsess over the same mistakes from my childhood repeatedly. I also crave a clean moral 'slate! Thought some of y'all might relate.

Ok so I'm doing a thing.
I'm getting ready to open my own holstic center here in Conway, SC.
I'm nervous and a little scared but, I feel it's time for me to do this.
It will be a place where you will receive massages, healings and just for other to feel like they fit in.
It will start small and I know it will grow.
