After healing myself naturally from Arthritis in just two days by eliminating Gluten, I realized how much food choices matter. I have witnessed up close and personal the devastation one sick family member can cause the rest. It was horrifying watching my grandmother suffer the effects of type 3 diabetes, also known as Alzheimer’s, the last ten years of her life. There are no words to describe how devastatingly painful it was for my entire family when my Dad shot and killed himself. Why would he do that to us – to himself? Unrelenting pain from Rheumatoid Arthritis! My oldest daughter had been powerless her entire life with digestive issues. At some point I realized, it is not just my family, but the whole world is sick and needs common sense and practical solution to live their best most pain free lives. I have come to learn that most of us are on toxic overload by not only what we put in our bodies, but what we put on our bodies. I have gone thru my entire house, eliminating all toxic foods, beauty products and cleaning products. I wish I could turn back time and help my dad with his arthritis. I believe, with what I know today, I could have helped my grandmother avoid Alzheimer’s --- or at least lessen the severity she experienced. I wish I could have helped both my Grandmother & my Dad live a longer healthier life. Lives filled with joy rather than pain. I cannot help them – but going forward, I can help others. I retired from Fedex several years ago to pursue a dream of becoming a certified health coach. My mission then and now is to inspire people to look and feel their best, naturally! So that brings me to today – Diana and I became friends and realized we both have the same goal and push ---- to reach more people, to help more people, and to be as educated as possible to truly make a difference.
